Our height adjustment clips secure crutches and canes at your desired height and are key to keeping your stick silent. 

All of our clips have an elephant imprinted in the middle, to act as a guide when adjusting. Have a feel, if the elephant’s standing (and not upside down), your clip is in the right position. 

For crutches

Each crutch has two adjustable height points, one at the top (to lengthen or shorten the area between your neoprene grip and arm cuff), and one at the bottom (that helps lengthen the stem). The top and bottom clips do differ and clips are available to buy as a single top or bottom, or as a pair — one of each!

For sticks

Each walking stick has only one adjustable height point and requires just one clip.

• Top: replacement clip for height adjustment between grip and arm cuff. For crutches only.
• Bottom: replacement clip for height adjustment on main stem. For walking sticks and crutches.
• Pair: one top replacement clip and one bottom replacement clip. For crutches only.
